Wish List: Eco-friendly Coats

Well the weather outside is hardly frightful! In fact it is pushing 75 today. I am, of course, not complaining, I love it. But the Northern California girl in me, loves a little “weather”. During a long trip home, I fell in love with all the gorgeous coats. With no need for one (I’ve worn the same coat 4 times in the last 6 years), I thought I would “window shop.”

Oh, Reformation, how I love you! This gorgeous number is made from dead stock materials, eliminating the thousands of yards of fabric go to waste from fashion houses that over-ordered. Yes!

Indigenous’s Chunky Collared Coat, $334

Vaute Couture’s Emily is designed in Brooklyn and made with lots of love using recycled fibers. Bright, cozy and about as ethical as they come!
